In Diagnostics Department, the tests conductedhere include variety from the classical ones to the latest genetic ones. The department is excellently operational with all sort of modern equipments: Tests can be conducted using imaging technologies like x-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, bone mineral densitometry (BMD), angiography, nuclear medicine and positron emission tomography (PET), and can include non-invasive cardiac tests like electrocardiogram (ECG) and echocardiogram. The induction of several new state-of-the-art imaging modalities such as, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Colour Doppler, digital Imaging and Digital Subtraction Angiography and Digital Spot Mammography with stereotactic breast biopsy which will enable the department to step into the new millennium as a modern, fully equipped imaging department.
